Terms of use
Last updated 22 September 2026
These terms cover using this website, answering our questionnaire, and having an account. Use any of them and you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we look after your information.
Who we are
Snazzy Systems is a business in formation, not yet a registered company. Until it is, these terms are with its founders. Reach us at info@snazzysystems.com.
The questionnaire is not a quote
It tells us about your business so we can talk to you. Nothing is ordered, quoted, built or charged for until you have said yes in writing.
Paid work is agreed separately
If we build something for you, the price, the work and the dates go in a separate written agreement. If that agreement and this page ever disagree, the agreement wins.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if someone else gets it.
- What happens under your account is your responsibility.
- Having an account does not give you a portal. We set that up for the businesses we work with.
- Ask us any time and we will close it.
Using the site properly
Please do not:
- go looking at accounts or information that are not yours;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful, or not yours to share;
- interfere with the site, its security, or anyone else using it;
- send spam or harvest other people’s details.
We may suspend or close an account that does any of this.
Your information stays yours
Your answers, your files and everything in your portal remain yours. You let us hold and use them to provide our services to you, and nothing else. See our privacy policy.
Our side stays ours
The website, its design and the software behind the portal are ours. Use them for what they are for — do not copy, resell or take them apart.
We cannot promise perfection
We work hard to keep the site up and your information safe, but we cannot promise it will never break or go down. We may change or pause parts of it, and we will tell you first where that affects you.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for knock-on losses such as lost profit. Nothing here takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
The rest
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change, and we will tell account holders before a change that matters to them. South African law applies. Questions go to info@snazzysystems.com.
